‘Music by John Williams’ Premieres at AFI FEST

The world premiere of Music by John Williams took place last night in Hollywood at the opening night of the 38th AFI FEST, presented by Canva. The event featured a star-studded lineup, including Steven SpielbergRon Howard, and Kathleen Kennedy, all celebrating the legacy of the legendary composer.

Music by John Williams will be available on Disney+ and have a limited theatrical release in New York, Los Angeles, and London on November 1.

Directed by Laurent Bouzereau, the documentary offers an in-depth look at Williams‘ journey, showcasing interviews with him and insights from notable figures like J.J. Abrams and Gustavo Dudamel. It’s a unique opportunity to explore the impact of Williams’ scores on film and music.
