Ryan Coogler just can’t stop winning right now. We’re finally getting a proper look at Ironheart after Dominique Thorne was first introduced to the MCU as our beloved Riri Williams back in 2022’s Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. In the new trailer for Coogler’s upcoming six-episode series, we see Williams return to her hometown of Chicago and build her state-of-the-art iron suit. Oh, and look out for an appearance from Parker “The Hood” Robbins (Anthony Ramos) too.
“This show has an energy to it,” Coogler teases in an interview with Marvel. “I think people will take to that scrappy optimism and that desire to persevere.” Thorne will be joined by a kick-ass cast, including Lyric Ross, Alden Ehrenreich, Regan Aliyah, Manny Montana, Matthew Elam, and Anji White. Science and magic collide as Riri seeks to forge her own legacy—and we can’t wait to see it all unfold on Disney+ on June 24!
