The first look images from the upcoming film The Crow are here, featuring Bill Skarsgård and FKA twigs in this modern retelling of James O’Barr’s iconic graphic novel.
Skarsgård takes on the role of Eric Draven, seen in the images donning a new take on the iconic Crow look—less goth, more meth-edge lord—undercut mullet-hawk, dark eye makeup, and tattoos. FKA twigs is Shelly Webster, bringing a tragic beauty to the tale of love and vengeance.
Directed by Rupert Sanders, The Crow is a cinematic tribute to the original 1994 adaptation. The film, set for a June 7 release, promises a twisty mix of romance, horror, and action.
