Based on the novel by J. P. Monninger, in the new Prime Video romance, The Map That Leads to You, Heather (Madelyn Cline) and her two friends go to Europe for a world-wind tour before settling down into real life after college. When she meets a Jack (KJ Apa), a boy drifting through life, she feels an undeniable attraction. After her friends split off to do their own thing, Jack convinces Heather to delay her return, because sometimes life happens when you throw the map out the window.
Looking for a straight-up romance that embraces everything youth and adventure? Look no further.

This movie is the best late-summer, popcorn, and a soda kind of viewing. The story is not complicated, but it is adorable. The twist is clear from the 2-ton hints they drop, but it is worth it. Everything about this is easy to watch and enjoy. It made me smile, it made me laugh, and at the end I shed a sentimental tear.
Cline and Apa have a great chemistry together. It is real and it is moving, they have wonderful in-depth conversations and wacky fun and I am so happy I could be a fly on the wall for it. Add on the amazing filming locations, which just took my breath away.
If you’re a romance lover, watch The Map That Leads to You immediately. It will restore your faith in love and life and adventure.
